Journaling
Journaling is a powerful tool for knowing ourselves more deeply. The process of writing by hand allows us to listen more closely to our inner voice and deepen our connection to the authentic creativity and wisdom inside us. The pages provide us with a safe space to air out feelings, hopes, dreams and ideas that it can be easy to lose touch with in fast-paced lives, often driven by achievement. Our journals are used to bring us home to our heart, where we can practice being humans in an atmosphere of acceptance.
Breathwork & Mindfulness
To be mindful means to be aware. It is the capacity to be present with the here and now. The breath helps us to produce the state of mindfulness. When we stop and take a conscious breath, we unite body & mind, experiencing greater freedom and less overwhelm. Exposure to these practices from an early age helps us manage suffering, increase concentration, learn and heal: pretty important for our human journey!
Meditation & Yoga

To thrive, we must be able to tap into our inner power, so it is critical that we are taught to access it through practices that resonate for us. Meditation and yoga come in many forms and we explore various types at Healthy Buzz, to ensure students find techniques that best suit their unique needs and preferences.
